Meet Carson

M. Carson Weimer is an associate attorney with Family First Legal Group, helping families navigate divorce and other family-law matters in Collier and Lee Counties. He earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law and chose to begin his practice at Family First because he shares the firm’s belief that families deserve structure, clarity, and dignity during some of the hardest seasons of their lives.

Carson was drawn to family law after seeing how messy divorces affected friends while they were growing up. He believes a lawyer’s role is to advocate in court while also helping parents make steadier decisions and protect the innocence of children. Clients can expect him to listen carefully, stay organized, and tell them the hard truths they need to hear, even when those conversations are difficult.

Carson and his family call Southwest Florida home. After his parents settled on Marco Island, he and his wife chose to put down roots nearby so their daughter could grow up near family. Outside the office, he enjoys fishing around Ten Thousand Islands and spending time with his family in the Florida sunshine.
