The Opportunity: Senior/Partner Level Family Law Attorney

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior or Partner level Family Law Attorney to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in supporting countless families in Collier, Lee, and Charlotte Counties. You'll manage a diverse caseload spanning divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence, while leveraging your strong litigation and courtroom experience to advocate fiercely for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload with a focus on family law matters.
  • Conducting in-depth legal research and crafting compelling pleadings and motions.
  • Representing clients effectively in court and guiding them with compassionate counsel.
  • Collaborating with a top-tier team to develop winning case strategies.

Who We're Looking For: Your Expertise and Empathy are Key

We're searching for a full-time, well-rounded Senior or Partner level Family Law Attorney with:

  • A Senior level Attorney will have 5+ years of Family Law experience and 8+ total years as a licensed attorney. A Partner level attorney will have 8+ years of Family Law experience and 10+ total years as a licensed attorney. Candidates with multiple years of Civil Litigation will be considered as the rules of evidence are identical and the rules of procedure are similar.
  • A deep understanding of family law complemented by demonstrated compassion and empathy for clients.
  • The ability to work independently while excelling as a team player.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong litigation and courtroom experience.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • The capacity to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively
  • An active Florida Bar license is required.
