Family First Legal Group (FFLG) was able to help me finally move on in life! I had been working for over a year with another attorney whom I had become disappointed in. After doing some research, I realized that I needed Attorney Terrence DeSalvo and his team to help me finally close a horrible life chapter. The entire FFLG firm was exceptional to work with. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. At the onset, I spoke with Kaitlyn Gianferarra. She was my first contact with FFLG and listened to my divorce timeline with empathy and understanding. Kaitlyn then went through the available attorneys who were available and who would be a good fit for my case. Ultimately, I chose Attorney Terrence DeSalvo to represent me. Boy, am I glad that I did!! Attorney DeSalvo was exactly what I needed; he was extremely professional, easy to work with, and a wealth of knowledge!! In the beginning, I tried filing my divorce by myself, but due to numerous Florida state law requirements, I was not able to do it myself due to the limited time I have. After using a different firm for my initial divorce proceedings, and not being happy and being overcharged, I sought out a different company. From the first phone call to set up an appointment for consultation, everyone was very pleasant and professional. I hired Terry DeSalvo, Jr., Partner/Atty. and couldn't have been more pleased. I started out dealing with his Sr. Paralegal, Lisa Singleton, she was incredibly empathetic to my situation, and it felt like I was speaking to a friend every time we spoke. You could tell that she really cares about the clients, and they treat you like family. After several years, I was transitioned to Michelle Wilson, Paralegal, and she picked up right where Lisa left off. It was a seamless transition, and I received the same level of service. I would also like to thank Alex Peterson, Atty., although I didn't really work with him, he personally helped me with an improper billing situation as a courtesy and was extremely professional and helped me as a courtesy to help get it resolved. Obviously, divorce is one of the most painful things one can go through in life, and I am grateful for having Family First Legal Group by my side. It certainly made the process much more palatable.
